How it Works

STORYBOOM shows include performers with varying degrees of experience. The audience will cheer you on and it's a lot of fun.

Story Requirements:

True story that happened to you.
Told within 5 minutes.
On theme.
No notes brought up to mic.

Some Tips & Guidelines:

Include beginning, middle and end,
Be vulnerable.
Tell us what changed.
Recreate scenes. Take the audience on a journey with you.
Practice civility and respect. No racism, homophobia, or any form of hate.

How to Pitch Us:

Send video or audio link if you have one.
If not, send written summary of story.
